Road Incident Data - B3272 Hawley Road

The data regarding Road Incidents is published and freely available in the public domain. This data has analysed for the B3272 Hawley Road and the surrounding roads for all casualty and vehicle types in the following time intervals:

  • Introduction of 30 mph speed limit (2016 to 09/2018)
  • Last 5 years (2014 to 09/2018)
  • Last 20 years (1999 to 09/2018)

Further analysis has been performed on the 5 years results to sort into casualty categories. These categories are:

  • Child
  • Motorcycle
  • Pedestrian
  • Pedal Cycle

Data is published  on an annual basis by the Department of Transport and this has recently occurred in late September. It is expected that this will revert to the last June date in future.

It is known that an additional incident has occurred between a pedestrian and a car at the Hawley Road and Hawley Green junction. It is expected that this will be published in the next set of data in the Slight Incident Severity classification.
